Troop 307 has consistently achieved the Journey to Excellence award year after year.
Scouting America offers a time-honored experience where boys and girls explore the great outdoors, take on exciting challenges, and grow into confident leaders. Through community service, hands-on learning, and unforgettable adventures, Scouts build character and lifelong friendships — no prior experience required!
Troop 307 in Northridge, California, is a dynamic, Scout-led troop with a passion for adventure. Our Scouts regularly participate in camping trips, backpacking excursions, hikes, and other outdoor outings. Since its founding in 1955, Troop 307 has proudly guided 137 Scouts to the rank of Eagle Scout — the highest achievement in Scouting.
Leadership is a cornerstone of our program. Scouts in Troop 307 develop the confidence, character, and skills to become the leaders of tomorrow.
We also welcome younger Scouts in Pack 307 (grades K–5), which meets on the 1st, 3rd, and last Mondays at 6:30 PM during the school year. Troop 307 (grades 6–12) meets every Tuesday at 7:00 PM during the school year, and every other Tuesday during the summer.
